As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since 2000, Frank has had the opportunity to oversee all divisions of the company throughout the development process. Mr. Minicilli currently accepts the main responsibility of keeping a strong line of communication between Steady Builders and all other parties of the development team for a given project.
